Product Use & Limitation of Liability

Lustre products must be used strictly in accordance with all directions, warnings, precautions, restrictions, and other instructions appearing on the product label and packaging.

The customer is responsible for reading and following all product instructions before use. Do not use the product for any purpose or in any manner inconsistent with its labeling.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lustre Co., including its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, possession, use, misuse, storage, handling, or inability to use our products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lustre Co. is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

• Use contrary to product directions, warnings, or labeling

• Improper application, handling, storage, or disposal

• Unauthorized alteration, dilution, mixing, or modification of the product

• Use of the product for an unintended or unapproved purpose

• Failure to follow applicable safety precautions

• Circumstances outside Lustre Co.'s reasonable control

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any warranties regarding a product are limited to warranties expressly provided by Lustre Co. or required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any warranty, liability, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.

If any provision of this limitation is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
