When you purchase a product using Lustre's Subscribe & Save option, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription.
Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the price and billing frequency disclosed to you before completing your purchase.
Unless otherwise disclosed before purchase, your subscription will continue automatically until canceled.
Automatic Billing
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize Lustre and its applicable payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription orders according to the price and frequency disclosed at enrollment.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.
You can cancel using the subscription-management method provided with your subscription or by contacting:
To prevent your next renewal from being processed, submit your cancellation before that order has been processed.
Already Processed Orders
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
Orders that have already been processed are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Subscription orders are subject to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To qualify for a refund under the guarantee, the applicable product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
